Clubhouse Information
Our Clubhouse was constructed in 1899 , has been elegantly and tastefully designed and extended throughout the years. The traditional Scottish style , projecting understated elegance, than grandeur, in keeping with the club's character.
The Clubhouse has become a firmy established as both a sporting and social centrepiece of the club. Hosting members, visiting golfers and major competitions as the course has gained a reputation as one of Scotland's finest inland layouts.
Today, the clubhouse stands as a blend of heritage and refinement—serving as a welcoming social hub for members and guests, as a living link for more than 250 years of history.
We offer a comprehensive range of catering at Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society. Breakfast is available daily from 8am (Summer) and 9am (Winter), our all day menu is available in our lounges and terrace offering classics like Haddock and Chips, our Rustic Club sandwich and home baking. Our well stocked bar has a range of great Scottish draught beers including an alcohol free IPA from Brew Dog and a growing collection of Scottish gin.
Our beautiful Dining Room, which offers extensive views over the golf course and Firth of Forth is open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday for lunch bookings from 12noon-2pm. Our A La Carte menu features our famous carvery, serving the best of Scottish lamb and beef.
Our wine list has been carefully chosen to compliment our Dining Room menu and will delight those who prefer a classic and elegant selection. Booking is essential for the Dining Room. The dress code is jacket and tie or golfing attire (with the exception of golf shorts, golf shoes and headwear).
